Yvonne Egdamin, Cpa, Shareholder
Yvonne has been in the accounting profession for more than 20 years, working in both private and public practice. Starting with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Hawaii Community College she went on to get her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and then her Certified Public Accountant License.
Her love of the profession is what made her strive to be in the position that she is now with her own firm. Her path here also allowed her the opportunity to teach some accounting courses at the community college. Her advice to students in the accounting field is “if you don’t love it, don’t do it.”
Randy Hu, CPA, Shareholder
Randy was born and raised in Hilo and graduated from Waiakea High School. He went on to college and graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa where he earned a degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
He received his CPA license while working on Oahu and has been a CPA for over 25 years. He brings experience in accounting, tax, and auditing.
His experience expands to other industries including, medical, banking, non-profits and for profit entities. Randy has worked with many individuals and companies to help achieve their financial goals.

Abby earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Hilo. She joined the firm in January 2019 to fulfill her longtime interest in accounting. She assists with tax preparation, payroll preparation, and bookkeeping. She is friendly, hardworking, and enjoys helping people.
Ioana Agasa, CPA
Ioana who goes by the nickname of “Wana” is a Hilo girl. She graduated from Hilo High School, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Denver then returned home to work for Deloitte & Touche.
She ultimately decided to focus on small businesses and ran her own CPA firm for twenty years before joining Egdamin Hu in 2018. Wana brings over forty years of public accounting experience to the firm. She has assisted clients in many industries including nonprofits, medical practices, and other service industries. Wana is particularly skilled at helping companies tune up their accounting systems and instilling best accounting practices.
Christopher Hu, CPA
Junior Firm manager and recruiter
Christopher graduated from Linfield College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is passionate about helping our clients improve their bookkeeping and tax processes to save them time and energy!
He serves his clients through bookkeeping and business tax returns services.
Christopher is a QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor. He is pursuing his CPA licensure in Hawaii and EA tax license.
When Christopher is not working, he enjoys swimming, hiking, and traveling to new places (PRE-COVID).
He also has a background in integrating technology systems to save clients time! While working at a technology company focusing on linguistics, he managed online marketing, website design, and project management.
Kiara Bianchi, CPA*
Staff ACCOUNTANT
Kiara graduated from the University of Hawaii at West Oahu with a degree in Business Management. She is pursuing her CPA license and has experience with small business and nonprofit accounting. When not at the office, Kiara enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors.
She also holds a Master's degree in Wildlife and Fishery Sciences.

Jared Miyamoto
Staff ACCOUNTANT
Jared was born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii. He started at Hawaii Community College, experimenting with various fields until he found his calling in accounting. From there, he graduated from Hawaii Community College with an associate's degree. Soon after, he continued his education at the University of Hawaii at Hilo to obtain a bachelor's degree in Accounting. Outside of work, he enjoys looking for new music to listen to, reading, and online gaming with friends.
Jan U. Kealoha-Nakano
Payroll Supervisor
Jan is the firm’s payroll specialist and has been here since November 2009. She has an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Hawaii Community College.
Prior to working at the firm Jan was the payroll supervisor at another firm for 7 years. Jan also has over 20 years of bookkeeping experience. She is hard working, conscientious, and pleasant.

Neva graduated from Hawaii Community College with an Associate in Applied Science in Accounting. She has been with the firm since June 2018. She assists in payroll preparation and bookkeeping. She is quiet, hardworking, and always ready to learn and accept new challenges.

Naomi is a team player who is excited to support our payroll clients. Her previous experience includes customer service and cooking in restaurants. Although new to the accounting profession, Naomi loves to learn new skills and gain new experiences.
Brooke Bisel

Brooke is in her last year at the University of Hawaii at Hilo and working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She joined our firm in February 2023 to further her accounting knowledge. Outside the office, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, going to the beach, and camping.

Daesha graduated from the University of Hawaii at Hilo with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She’s excited to be a part of the team and is ready to widen her knowledge in accounting. She enjoys traveling, picking up new hobbies, and spending time with her friends and family in her free time.
