Preparation of Financial Statements

Preparation of financial statements is a crucial part of economic success for the business owner.  We help you prepare financial statements for external use.

Important note: We do not provide services that involve compilations, report engagements, attestations, reviews, or audits.

Please note: We do not work on construction or contractor financial statements for new licenses or re-applications. This kind of work requires a formal compilation engagement. Once the contractor's financial statement is complete, we will be happy to provide other services, such as advisory bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and all other services we offer.

Quickbooks Training for Established Bookeeping Clients

If you are planning on using or interested in using Quickbooks to manage your financial information we can help you set-up and train with the program.  

We can help you with the following:

  • Set up chart of accounts

  • Set up by job or class

  • Set up reports

  • Train in our office

Training can be as basic or extensive as you would like, based on how complex your operations are and the skill level of the users. We just ask that you are an established bookkeeping client to start services.
